Any additional work will require written approval and may result in additional costs.

5. Project Timeline

All timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

• Permitting or inspection processes

• Material availability or supply chain issues

• Access limitations or third-party delays

• Unforeseen site conditions

Rent Ready Constructions is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.

6. Payments & Deposits

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. In general:

• Deposits and progress payments may be required

• Payments are due upon completion of agreed milestones

• Late or missed payments may result in:

• Structural or system failures beyond the scope of work

Where subcontractors are used, applicable warranties may be provided directly by those subcontractors.
